UW-Eau Claire student percussion quartet members Andrew Bocher, Joe Hujet, Jack Donovan and Elliott Rittenberry will perform a send-off concert at 3 p.m. June 27 before departing for the Stellenbosch International Chamber Music Festival in South Africa.

The send-off concert, to be held in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center at UW-Eau Claire, is free and open to the public.

The percussion quartet’s South Africa trip and performance, as well as collaborative work by UW-Eau Claire and Stellenbosch University faculty on an international exchange program between the two universities, are supported by the UW-Eau Claire Foundation’s Ada Bors Memorial Viennese Ball Endowment Fund, proceeds from the university's Viennese Ball, the UW-Eau Claire Council on Internationalization and Global Engagement, and the UW-Eau Claire College of Arts and Sciences and department of music and theatre arts.
