Planetarium shows, activities and displays about astronomy for all ages. See a working radio telescope, meteorites, and telescopes. Learn about constellations, radioactivity, and infrared radiation, and our nearest star -- the sun.  "Astronomy Day for the Chippewa Valley, May 4, 10am to 3pm"

Located in Phillips Science hall near the planetarium and just outside the buidling, this free event has something for all ages. It is on the UWEC campus (park behind Phillips Hall).

 Sponsored by the UWEC department of physics and astronomy, and the Chippewa Valley Astronomical Society.
