The students of the ANTH 234: Museum Curation class invite you to the opening of our Wisconsin First Nations Exhibit.

Our exhibit will feature various Native American artifacts from the UWEC Owen and Goodner Collections. Each case will represent one of the following six themes significant to contemporary communities: Education, Economy, Powwows, Environmental Activism, Food Sovereignty, and Water Protection.

We aspire to educate the UW-Eau Claire community on the culture and role of Wisconsin First Nations communities.

The exhibit is located on the first floor in the cases surrounding the Inter-Tribal Learning Center, Hibbard Hall 150. Our opening reception for our exhibit will be available for viewing on December 10th from 4:00-6:00pm.
