Me La Amargates Tu

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the Me La Amargates Tú ensemble at 7:30 p.m. April 3 in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.

Prizewinners of the International Jewish Music Competition in Amsterdam, Me la Amargates Tú arose from the interest and research of its members in Sephardic music, which has its roots in the musical traditions of the Jewish communities in medieval Spain, as well as on Spanish music from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.
