The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's basketball team invites UW-Eau Claire students to "gold out" for the team's Student Appreciation Night at 7 p.m. Dec. 5 in Zorn Arena. The Blugolds will play UW-Platteville.
Students are encouraged to wear gold and join the pep band in the student section. The first 175 students to present a valid UW-Eau Claire student ID will receive a free Dooley's collector glass, and UW-Eau Claire women's basketball apparel will be given away throughout the game.
Two students will win either a $50 Target or Sheels gift card. There also will be a chance to win a 32-inch LCD flat-screen TV during the halftime contest.
Admission is free with a student ID.
