The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. Gary Schwartzhoff, will present its fall concert at 2 p.m. Nov. 11 in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.
Selections will include "Be Not Afraid" by Knut Nystedt, "The Ground" by Ola Gjeilo, "O Magnum Mysterium" by Kevin A. Memley and "Wade in de Water" by Allen Koepke. Concert Choir also will perform the commissioned work "Few Hearts to Mortals Given" by Gjeilo. Intermission will include a performance by a cappella group Impromtu.
Concert tickets, available online and at the University Service Center, 715-836-3727 or 800-949-UWEC, are $6 for the general public; $4 for those 62 and older, children 17 and younger, and faculty and staff with a university ID; and $1.50 for students with a university ID.
