The town hall meeting will consider if the campus climate has changed for the LGBTQ community and its allies from four year ago, and if so, how? The Student Affairs Division - in conjuntion with numerous offices, departments and organizations across campus - wants to ensure that its programming reflects the needs of its community. Participants' honesty and willingness to share experiences at UW-Eau Claire is critical in continuing the momentum of acceptance that has been the result of increased awareness and programming. The Oct. 2 meeting will serve as a safe space for those whose experiences are necessary in contextualizing and strategically planning our paths forward.

The event is free and open to UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff.
